Friends of the Edison Public Library

The Friends of the Edison Public Library, the Metuchen-Edison Historical Society and Clara Barton Library Supporters will jointly present a program about Clara Barton history on “Clara Barton Local History Day” on Saturday, July 17, 2010, at the Clara Barton Branch Library at 141 Hoover Avenue from 10:00 am-2:00 pm. The library, normally closed on Saturdays in the summer, will be open for this special event.

You will probably know, either from reading it here on this website, or from the local media, that an announcement was made recently by the Library Board of Trustees that the Clara Barton Branch Library would be closed as of June 30th.
